Tomorrow I will be at the NYSCATE 1st Annual NYC Conference: Digital Leadership. Join me for Session #1, from 10:30 – 11:15 to learn how the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery CSD Technology Leadership Team worked together to build teacher capacity and cultivate a culture of pedagogical innovation. A spiral model for change served as the framework we used to explore emerging technologies, examine pedagogy, and evaluate outcomes.

Participants will learn how to use the spiral model for change to effect change in their classrooms/schools/districts.

Participants will learn about projects the teacher leaders implemented with their students, including augmented reality, robotics, hyperdocs, digital bookshelves, and multi-modal texts.
